Terms of Service

By accessing or using VelocityDate ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials. VelocityDate reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

To use VelocityDate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable law
• Not have been previously banned from VelocityDate for violations
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. VelocityDate reserves the right to verify eligibility and terminate accounts that do not comply.

Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

One Account Per Person: You may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions is prohibited.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@velocitydate.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Profile Content: You must own or have the rights to all content you upload (photos, bio, etc.). Photos must be of yourself. Profile information must be accurate and not misleading.

You agree NOT to use VelocityDate to:

• Harass, bully, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Post or share sexually explicit, violent, or offensive content
• Impersonate another person or create a fake identity
• Solicit money, gifts, or financial information from other users
• Distribute spam, phishing links, or malicious software
• Scrape, data-mine, or reverse engineer any part of the platform
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

Consequences: Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, legal action, or both. We report credible threats of violence to law enforcement.

Registration: By registering for a paid event, you agree to pay the listed ticket price. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations & Refunds: Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the event start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If VelocityDate cancels an event, you will receive a full refund.

Event Conduct: You must behave respectfully toward all participants. VelocityDate hosts may remove you from an event at any time for violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines, without refund.

Subscriptions: Subscription plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, etc.). By posting content, you grant VelocityDate a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Content: VelocityDate's platform, design, trademarks, and proprietary technology are owned by VelocityDate Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

Service "As Is": VelocityDate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

No Guarantee of Matches: We do not guarantee that you will make matches, form relationships, or that any participants will meet your expectations.

Third Parties: We are not responsible for the actions of other users. Online interactions always carry inherent risks; exercise caution.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, VelocityDate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

VelocityDate may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination of your account.

Upon termination, data deletion occurs per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New York County, New York.
